Sheet 01 / Features

Four ways to work. One rule: you see the change first.

Ask, Forge, Blueprint and Sketch share one editor, one diff view and one undo. Pick the amount of autonomy that fits the job.

Alt + 1

Ask

Chat about your code. The open file and your selection are attached automatically, so you stop pasting.

  • Selection and file travel with the question
  • Answers come back as code blocks you can insert
  • Pick the backend under the chat box at any time

Forge

An agent that works inside your project: it reads, searches, edits, creates and deletes files, and runs commands.

  • The app checks every action, never the model
  • It asks first by default
  • Every action lands in an activity log
  • Ctrl Alt Shift H halts it at once
Diagram of the Forge mode: the model proposes an action, the app's permission check allows or asks, then a tool runs. A Halt control stops the loop and every step is written to an activity log. MODEL APP CHECK read / search edit / create run command HALT ACTIVITY LOG read src/lib/limiter.ts allowed edit src/routes/login.ts asked, allowed run npm test allowed

Blueprint

Plans a change across several files as a summary plus a task list. You decide what goes in.

  • Tick only the tasks you want
  • Review each task as a diff
  • Apply in one step, or Undo all in one click
Drawing of the Blueprint mode: a task list with three of four tasks ticked, linked to three file diffs, with Apply and Undo all buttons. PLAN: 4 TASKS routes/login.ts lib/limiter.ts test/login.test.ts APPLY 3 TASKS UNDO ALL

Ctrl + J

Sketch

Describe an edit, or a small piece of UI such as “a pricing card with three tiers”, right where the cursor is.

  • The result appears as a diff first
  • Accept applies it as one undoable edit
  • Reject leaves the file exactly as it was
Drawing of the Sketch mode: an inline prompt inside the editor, followed by a diff preview with a removed line and two added lines and Accept and Reject buttons. > make the button full width on mobile - + + ACCEPT REJECT

Your keys, our servers, or nobody's.

Your own key
Hundreds of models. You pay your AI provider directly. The key is stored by the app's main process, encrypted with the operating system (DPAPI, Keychain or libsecret), never in config.json, never sent to the UI.
Arcwright Cloud
Sign in with an account token. Free is a five-minute trial; Pro has a daily token allowance. The provider key exists only on the Arcwright server.
Local models
Free, local, offline. Models unload after two minutes idle in light mode.

Try it on a real file.
